Information and Study Conditions
 

Website Selection:

 

• The access codes to your private gallery to choose the photos for the session will be sent by email.

​

*We attach an annex with the instructions for the photo selection platform:

• From the moment you receive the keys you have 5 calendar days to make the selection, after which they are automatically deactivated.

 

• The images, for security reasons and studio regulations, will be watermarked and of low quality, which will be removed upon delivery of the originals.

 

• If the selection is not made within the indicated period, you would have to reactivate your gallery at a cost of €20. Said reactivation would be visible for another 5 calendar days.

 

• Any question or doubt when making the selection or about which image is best that you want to do to us should be exclusively through  consultation by email, we do not accept telephone consultations.

Particular conditions for sessions at Estudio FotoKids

 

• Access to the studio is exclusively for the people who are going to be photographed. In the case of children's sessions that do not include family groups, only two adults will be allowed access together with the minor.

 

• If you want to take photos with siblings, it is important that you prepare the sibling for the session, encouraging them to participate and highlighting their role.

 

• If you notice that the child could be sick or unwell on the day of the session, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. We will not take photographs of clearly ill or unwell children. The well-being of the little ones is our priority at all times.

 

• During the session, in the case of babies, the parents and especially the mother should keep a certain distance without hindering the passage and work of the photographer.

 

• Do not despair if there are times when they do not collaborate, they are children and as such they must be understood. We do not lack patience, we are used to dealing with children, and with time and games we will get to know each other better, achieving situations that will result in your photos being much more true.

 

• We will keep backup copies of your session for a minimum period of six months after the date of the session. After this date, we cannot guarantee such backup copies of your sessions.

 

• The use of technologies, cameras, cards, etc. They are not infallible and a failure can occur at the most inopportune moment, which would lead to the loss of data and photographs that may have been taken. In these cases, the responsibility of FotoKids Fotografía will be limited exclusively to repeating the session under the same conditions.

 

• ATTENDANCE TO  THE SESSION:  Due to the complexity of some of the sets and the little space we will have on the set to have them all set up, the assistance of people to The session is limited exclusively to the model and a maximum of two adults.

The client must arrive 5 or 10 minutes before the appointment time.

 

• DURING THE SESSION:  As a general rule, in our facilities we must insist that making videos, audios or photographs is absolutely prohibited. We trust you understand. Delivery times and finishes:

• PAYMENT: Part of the price will be paid for the reservation of the session through the reservation platform.

The day of the session the rest of the money will be paid in cash or by card.

• CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS: The reservation signal is not refundable in case of cancellation or no show.

​

• The delivery times of final finishes, after the selection of images, will depend on the type of session and products contracted, on average they are delivered from 2 to 4 weeks.

Cancellation, return and/or cancellation of payments policy

through our booking platform

​

In case of cancellation of your reservation or modification with less than 72 hours, the payment through our platform will not be returned to the client.

The reservation signal that the client accepts and pays through the reservation website through the Redsys payment gateway will be discounted after the final price of the session.
